Customize existing products
Customers may ask for minor changes/ customization on the existing Dofrance windchimes. Those are included below.
If Customers cannot find what you need in the list below, please contact us (contact information at the bottom of page).
Color changing
All Dofrance Windchimes’s default color is black
If Customers want to change the windchimes’s color, the fee will be based on the size of the windchimes.
Color changing wholely or partially will cost the same price.
Notes: Some colors may be not availble at the point of customer’s request – due to the suppliers.

Graphics
1. Laser engraving (on the windsail)
Customers should prepare the content for us to engrave (the vector or image – digital file/ soft copy)
In case you do not have it ready and need new design (for laser engraving), we will cost a design fee & price will be informed depends on particular design.
2. Decal labelling on packaging & other similar requests:
- Printing fee only:
Customers need to provide us with ready-to-print digital files (image or vector). We will contact with the printing service and Customers will pay for the final printing fee.
- Printing fee & Design fee:
In case Customers have only ideas and need us to make totally new design (label, sticker, poster, etc.) to label on the packaging, a design fee will be included. Then we will contact with the printing service and Customers will pay for the final printing fee.
Design upon Request
This section is for Customers that need:
- A total new design of windchimes/ chimes/ percussion, etc.
- A lots of change/ alteration on the existing windchimes (that intervene that structure of the existing windchimes).
Changes in Size/ Number of tube
Customer may ask to change or re-design partiall base on the existing Dofrance Windchimes model. The act of change/ re-design may include:
- The change in the quantity of tube .
- The change of the size of tube (will lead to different sound)
- Other changes.
Price will be informed after the final design is approved by the Customers.
The 3-tube Windchime – Designed upon request.
New design
If Customers have idea/ description/ request/ draft drawing, etc. for the new windchime that you would like to have, Dofrance Windchimes will design and build it for you.
Material used: The new design may employ:
- (1) The existing materilas that Dofrance Windchimes currently has, including aluminum, wood, composite panel, etc.
- (2) Other materials if requested.
Price will be informed after the final design is approved by the Customers.
The Yoga chimes with 10 tubes – Designed upon request.
The Yoga chimes with 6 tubes – Designed upon request.
